Shopping Should Feel Sexy

At Madame, we want every order to feel like a little celebration. If your new accessories do not make you feel fabulous, or if your order arrives damaged, simply let us know. We understand that everything ain't for everybody—and that's perfectly okay.

We gladly accept returns within 7 business days of delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Be returned within 7 business days of receiving your order.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Refunds

If your new piece just isn't your style, no worries. Once we receive your return and confirm it's unworn and in its original packaging, we'll process a full refund to your original form of payment within 3 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, simply send us a photo along with your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible by sending you a replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you're returning merchandise valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we'll do everything we can to help, we can't guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost in transit.
